Why do I have to show my photo I.D. when I use my membership to visit the zoo?

We rely greatly on membership and admission revenue to fulfill our mission, and therefore, we must prevent the misuse of memberships.

Who can use my membership?

Memberships are non-transferable and designed to cover a single household. For information on member benefits by level, please click here.

Can someone else use my membership?

No, memberships are non-transferable.

What is the Bring-A-Guest option?

Bring-A-Guest is an addition to your membership. It allows the named adult(s) on the membership to bring one extra person, adult or child, each time they visit the zoo. Bring-A-Guest can be added to all membership levels.

A named cardholder in your household must be present to utilize the Bring-A-Guest add-on.

What is a Caregiver addition?

The Caregiver addition allows you to add one named adult to your membership so that a grandparent, an au pair, a nanny, or another caregiver may use your membership and visit with your dependent children without the first or second named cardholder present.

The Caregiver add-on is valid only for the Caregiver and only when they're accompanying a member's dependent children.

Caregiver add-ons are non-transferable. If your Caregiver changes during your membership period, you will need to purchase a new Caregiver add-on.

The Caregiver addition can be added to Family and Grandparent memberships. To add a Caregiver to your membership, please contact Member Services at memberservices@binderparkzoo.org or (269) 979-1351.
