Registration Instructions for Binder Park Zoo Overnight Programs

• Binder Park Zoo reserves the right to combine groups.  We need at least 20 to run the overnight. 
• Registrations must be received at least two weeks in advance.
• You can view spaces available by date without actually registering and paying any fees.
• Please be aware that online registration is available 24 hours a day.  No spaces are held without payment.
• You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of online registration.  If you feel you have registered but have not received this email, please contact the zoo as soon as possible.  If you choose to register by mail (and do not leave an email address), please allow 1-2 weeks for a conformation to be sent.

Deposit and Payment Schedule

April–May Overnights:   $100 is due today. ½ of remaining balance due one month from today’s date. Final payment is due April 1.

June-July Overnights $100 is due today. ½ of remaining balance due one month from today’s date. Final payment is due May 1.

August-September Overnights $100 is due today. ½ of remaining balance due one month from today’s date. Final payment is due July 1.

Booking within 30 days of your event?  Please pay in full at this time, partial payment will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

All monies are non-refundable.  Refunds are not given for conflicts in your schedule, inclement weather, late arrivals, no-shows, and participants that cancel at the last minute.
