ZOOLIGHTS

Binder Park Zoo is a great place to create holiday memories and traditions. Join us for ZooLights December 16-23 from 5pm–8:30pm every night. The cost of attendance is $5 for Members and $6 for Non-members. Children under 2 years of age get in FREE!

Enjoy the Zoo decorated for the holidays! Stroll along lighted paths viewing some of our weather-hardy animals on exhibit enjoying the winter season. Then head indoors for time with Santa, stories with Grandma Claus, unlimited FREE carousel rides, up-close animal meet and greets, hot chocolate, special activities, and more. (Wild Africa will be closed.)

Check out the Festival of Trees! Hand cut trees provided by Wilson's Tannenbaum Farms will be decorated by area businesses and non-profit organizations on the Snow Leopard lawn.

Say hello to the new Mexican Gray Wolves!  Our two new wolves will be making their public debut during ZooLights!  Be among the first to see this handsome young pair of brothers as they settle into their new home here at the Zoo.

Get your picture with Santa!
Melissa's Images will be returning this year for Photos with Santa.  They will be located in the Habitat Room of the Children's Discovery Center. Santa will be in for photos between 6pm - 8pm.  The cost is $5 for a 5X7 with 20% of the proceeds going back to Binder Park Zoo. Stop in and see Santa and get your Christmas photo with Melissa's Images while helping support Binder Park Zoo.

Zookeeper Talks- Learn about your favorite winter hardy animals from the experts, our Binder Park Zoo zookeepers! Every night will feature a special Mexican gray wolf talk at 6PM on the wolf deck!

Wetland Wonderland Walk-Enjoy a free nature walk guided by our Zoo educators! The nature walk starts at the Black Bear exhibit and winds through to Swamp Adventure's Raccoon Overlook. Guests will learn about how native animals prepare for winter and look for signs of animal life. Walks last approximately 30 minutes.

Letters to Santa - Children can write letters to Santa in the Conservation Discovery Center's Craft Room and have them mailed at our Safari Gift Shop. Make sure to let the kids know, Santa will be writing back!

Santa Secret Shop - New this year, children can shop for items $5 and under with the help of Santa's helpers at the Safari Gift Shop. An employee will help wrap their special gifts, too!

Dance Party with Rudolph - On December 22nd get ready to dance in our Conservation Discovery Center's Great Room. Starts at 7pm!
